Il corpo docenti è assolutamente preparato, coinvolgente e sempre disponibile al confronto, così come lo è tutto il personale che assiste alle lezioni! La scuola è fornita di ogni attrezzatura e i materiali utilizzati sono sempre di prima qualità. È sicuramente una delle migliori scuole in Italia I attended the course as a pastry chef from March to June 2021 and I had a great time. The teaching staff is absolutely prepared, engaging and always available for discussion, as are all the staff attending the lessons! The school is equipped with all equipment and the materials used are always of the highest quality. It is certainly one of the best schools in Italy

Anche i dipendenti della scuola sono stati gentili e ci hanno aiutato con le pratiche ed eventuali problemi ed ora, anche dopo che è finito il percorso, si stanno attivando per collegarci a delle realtà lavorative. Ed in più c'è un gattino bellissimo come mascotte! I attended this school in the last professional pastry course, the teachers were always available to help us and re-explain what we did not understand or more difficult topics. Even the employees of the school were kind and helped us with the practices and any problems and now, even after the path is over, they are taking steps to connect us to work realities. Plus there is a beautiful kitten as a mascot!
