M	Maya Del Barco on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ incompetenti: per ben due volte in un mese mi hanno fatto pagare alcuni prelievi per cui ero esente; la seconda volta (in cui avrei dovuto effettuare un prelievo per controlli di gravidanza) mi hanno fatto fare un esame urine per droghe. Mi hanno restituito il denaro (ci mancherebbe altro!) ma senza nemmeno chiedermi scusa per il disagio e per l'incompetenza dei loro dipendenti. incompetent: twice in a month they made me pay some withdrawals for which I was exempt; the second time (when I was supposed to take a blood test for pregnancy checks) they made me do a urine test for drugs. They gave me back my money (God forbid!) But without even apologizing for the inconvenience and incompetence of their employees.

Ho prenotato una visita il 31 dicembre, per il 2 gennaio 2021, sono stati disponibili e molto veloci, peccato che nel referto, la data è sbagliata risulta quella in cui ho prenotato non quella in cui il tampone è stato effettuato. Dopo la beffa anche la condanna. Nonostante glielo abbia fatto notare ( nonostante i rischi e le sanzioni che andavo incontro) la risposta è stata la medesima: Numero referto, la manderemo corretta con tanto di risata perché ero impanicata per nulla. Non solo questo mi porta a pensare che non è per niente affidabile il test in generale, e che nono sono per nulla professionali . Dopo 12 ore non ho ricevuto nessuna risposta. Peccato che per poter recensire bisogna cmq assegnare una stella,perché neanche quella meriterebbero. Qui si sta scherzando col fuoco I strongly advise against. Preso appuntamento su piattaforma convenzionata con loro e con molto menefreghismo hanno detto che il medico non c' era e che non guardano la piattaforma dalla quale ho avuto feedback positivo. DA EVITARE. Unreliable structure. Consiglio sicuramente, oltretutto i prezzi in media sono piuttosto moderati. Complete and well maintained center. They were accurate and reliable on all occasions I went there. Definitely recommend, plus the prices on average are quite moderate.
a	alessandra elia on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ POSTO DA EVITARE ASSOLUTAMENTE!Cortesia e professionalità zero.Mi presento per delle analisi con ricetta e codice di esenzione totale,non mi spiegano che la ricetta è scaduta e che avrei dovuto pagare 60€,cosa che scopro al momento del ritiro on line del referto.Chiamo l'accettazione per avere delle spiegazioni e mi dicono che loro non sono tenuti a controllare la ricetta e che quindi era un problema mio avrei dovuto pagare e basta.Contatto la responsabile,la quale urlandomi al telefono mi dice esser stata presente al momento dell'accettazione,e che quindi mi era stato spiegato tutto nel dettaglio,cosa assolutamente falsa!Non ci andrò mai più,sconsigliatissimo! Ho chiamato 5/6 volte per tutti i giorni successivi e hanno sempre trovato una scusa diversa. L'ultima è stata che non sono arrivati 4 esiti su 200... Dopo 6 giorni. E neanche il minimo accenno di rimborsarmi in una qualsiasi maniera ... Forse per gli altri 196 è stato un buon servizio... Ma se siete tra i 4 sfortunati (per non dire altro che altrimenti segnalano la recensione) potete stare tranquilli che se ne fregano altamente... Com'è stato detto a me... N	Naty naty on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessima esperienza, mi hanno fatto lavorare , in una data diversa mi hanno messo un altra nel foglio del cavolo , senza firma senza niente , come se fossi io vengo dalla luna e non capisco niente… mi hanno pagato ovviamente dopo un mese, e non quello che dovevano…. in tanto ho parlato con persone giuste per quello , così imparate che la schiavitu è finita…. Non consiglio a nessuno per nessun motivo al mondo….una struttura che gestita male e prendono in giro la povera gente ….
