Per quella che e' stata la nostra esperienza in fase di acquisto, non posso che ringraziare il signor Covelli ed il suo team per un servizio preciso e puntuale in tutte le fasi. Dall'iniziale risposta, alla gestione della compravendita, fino al giorno del rogito, abbiamo trovato nel team Astlantis dei professionisti seri e capaci: siamo stati aiutati nella ricerca dell'immobile giusto e guidati nelle diverse pratiche, soprattutto in un periodo difficile come quello del lock down per Covid. Inoltre, la comunicazione e' sempre stata chiara e veloce, un valore aggiunto non sempre scontato. Infine, abbiamo trovato sempre cordialita', gentilezza e disponibilita', anche in in orari non propriamente di ufficio. Consigliato vivamente. I admit that I struggle to understand the meaning of some negative comments, fortunately few, that can be read here and there. For what has been our experience in the purchase phase, I can only thank Mr. Covelli and his team for a precise and punctual service in all phases. From the initial response, to the management of the sale, until the day of the deed, we found serious and capable professionals in the Astlantis team: we were helped in finding the right property and guided in the various practices, especially in a difficult period such as that of the lock down for Covid. Furthermore, communication has always been clear and fast, an added value that is not always taken for granted. Finally, we have always found cordiality, kindness and availability, even in times that are not properly office hours. Highly recommended.
