I don't give zero because you can't, shameful service ... They never answer the phone, they ask you to send an email and they don't even answer your emails ... I don't understand the existence of such an office.

We are in very bad shape !!! Take a tour (please do it!) To the ASL of Bollate which is in the hospital (hall 70) and you will feel like you are entering a place forgotten by God! Printed sheets stuck all over the place, totem numbers dead! Old and dilapidated environment. Once inside I went to the "choice and revocation" office, after having phoned the number given by the Lombardy Region several times, no one answers only a recording that says that they are all busy ... Busy!?!?!? On the door a reception time never seen publicly except on that door (they close at 3.45 pm !!!?) If you send an email they can't tell you when they answer you ... A person answered me at the switchboard (hospitality switchboard of Garbagnate ) which tells me that it is a problem that has existed for a year and a half now !!! They open the door for me and tell me to come back tomorrow. I am angry because we pay them with our taxes on time every month ... Third world health system and with people who could be substituted for other tasks giving space to others more willing. Take it for a ride, just out of curiosity ... ?️

ASST Rhodense's 'choice and revocation' office, it is a scandal that public money is spent to keep such an office open, which does not offer any service and where no one ever replies, neither to the five available telephone numbers, nor via email . When you go to the office in person, they make fun of you, they tell you to go directly to the doctors to have them send the request to welcome the patient, but this is definitely not the procedure that should be followed. A 'choice and revocation' office that does not allow patients to make any choice or revocation of family doctors is an office that is absolutely useless and should be closed, as the money that is wasted to keep such a crap open is public.
