Questa mattina ho chiamato l'ASST di Iseo per una pratica ONLINE di richiesta di esenzione per patologia e mi ha risposto una signora molto scocciata e non dandomi le indicazioni necessarie. Ho successivamente chiamato l'ASST di Chiari e mi ha risposto una signora molto cortese ed è pure emerso che la signora in questione mi ha dato indicazioni errate. Sappiate che non ci divertiamo a chiamare per disturbare, ma perché ne abbiamo realmente necessità. È una cosa inaudita; io non riesco a capire cosa vi cambi essere gentili, anzi non sarebbe più bello??? Sono veramente sconcertata! This is my first time writing a review, not because I have never had bad experiences but because I never felt it necessary. This morning I called the ASST of Iseo for an ONLINE application for an exemption for pathology and I was answered by a very annoyed lady and not giving me the necessary information. I then called the ASST of Chiari and a very courteous lady answered and it also emerged that the lady in question gave me incorrect information. Know that we do not enjoy calling to disturb, but because we really need it. This is unheard of; I can't understand what changes being kind to you, in fact it wouldn't be nicer ??? I am truly disconcerted!
