G	Giuseppe Ricciardi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessimo venditore, ho effettuato un ordine il 13 Marzo 2018, ad oggi devo ancora riceverlo (cosa che non avverrà) dopo diverse telefonate dove mi è stato detto più volte che questo prodotto era stato ordinato, ma ci voleva tempo per riceverlo, perché da loro non era disponibile però sul loro store online era disponibile e hanno saputo incassare i soldi con paypal, ma sono andato di fiducia e mi sono ritrovato che non ho potuto aprire nemmeno più un reclamo tramite paypal, perché il tempo utile era scaduto. Ho richiamato più volte il titolare del negozio e guarda caso non era mai sul posto di lavoro per darmi informazioni su questo ordine, ho inviato mail ecc. ma nulla. Lascio questa recensione per aiutare qualche amante del mondo rc come me, per non essere truffato. Bad seller, I placed an order on March 13th 2018, to date I have yet to receive it (which will not happen) after several phone calls where I was told several times that this product was ordered, but it took time to receive it, because from them it was not available but on their online store it was available and they were able to collect the money with paypal, but I went with confidence and found that I could not even open a claim via paypal anymore, because the useful time had expired. I called the shop owner several times and as it happened he was never at work to give me information about this order, I sent emails etc. but nothing. I leave this review to help some rc world lover like me, not to be scammed.

Pessimo il servizio,pessima l’assistenza ed inutile dirlo che ovviamente è pessimo anche quello che vende,ti vende le cose dicendoti che sono garantite e quando lo provi ti si disintegra in mano e lui che fa ti sbraita per telefono dicendoti che non ne vuole sapere niente,non c’è neanche bisogno di dirlo ovviamente neanche i soldi indietro! Vergognoso e dire poco! Parla di fiducia ma a quanto pare è solo bravo a raggirare le persone! Lasciate perdere e comprate altrove! Spero di esservi stato di aiuto nel evitare di perdere i soldi come è successo a me!! I strongly advise against buying even a battery from this gentleman!
