di dimensioni discrete, si presenta con 3 sale, spaziose e attrezzate: nella sala pesi 2 personal trainer preparati saranno a disposizioni in turni differenti per dare consigli, preparare schede d'allenamento personalizzate e aiutare i clienti.
La vasta selezione di corsi disponibili la rende una palestra dove, di certo, il movimento non viene a mancare.
In segreteria vi accoglierà una persona frizzante, allegra e spigliata che vi accompagnerà nella fase di registrazione, dandovi le informazioni necessarie.
La struttura è attrezzata con una piccola sauna, per chi cerca un angolo di relax dopo l'allenamento.
Ma arriviamo al pezzo forte: Il costo dell'abbonamento è di poco più basso della media di palestre nei dintorni e le soluzioni di pagamento sono varie, in base alle disponibilità.
La palestra si trova nel cuore di Velletri, e la si raggiunge facilmente.
Una pecca è sicuramente l'assenza di un proprio parcheggio, dovuto alla locazione.
