★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Signora al telefono molto sgarbata e saccente. Sono due mesi che aspetto che stampino i dati di registrazione del contratto di affitto, ma pare che siano oberate dal lavoro solo lì.
Very rude and know-it-all lady on the phone. I have been waiting for two months for them to print the registration details of the rental agreement, but they seem to be overworked only there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Un mese d'attesa per avere un appuntamento, due mesi per visionare il contratto ai fini di ricevere l'attestato per l'agevolazione (poi tra l'altro negato) roba da matti!! Competenza e professionalità discutibile.
A month of waiting to have an appointment, two months to view the contract in order to receive the certificate for the facilitation (then denied among other things) crazy stuff !! Competence and questionable professionalism.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Di persona fissato primo appuntamento per iscrivermi e parlare un'attimo con l'Avv.to . Dopo attesa nell'atrio, bussato e signorina al telefono, aspetto ed una seconda impiegata mette il naso fuori dall'ufficio,mi dice buongiorno e rientra. Dopo altri 10 minuti me ne sono andato perplesso per l'aaccoglienza ricevuta. Non tornerò certo per la terza volta.
In person set first appointment to register and speak for a moment with the lawyer. After waiting in the lobby, knocked and young lady on the phone, I wait and a second employee puts her nose out of the office, says good morning and returns. After another 10 minutes I left puzzled by the reception received. I will certainly not be returning for the third time.
