m	mboy 89 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ pessimo...sono in ballo con una pratica ormai da mesi...ogni volta che richiedo assistenza sul sito mi viene data una risposta diversa...prima che servivano 120 giorni...passati i 120 mi indicavano che in realtà ne servivano 150 poi che in realtà ne servivano 180 poi che in realtà ne servivano 210 sinceramente sentendomi preso in giro ho deciso di contattare il loro servizio clienti che servizio clienti non è affatto...la scortesia in persona mi chiedo se controllino le registrazioni delle chiamate ricevute in quanto penso che chi lavora li non sia adatto a dare accoglienza a chi chiama per avere informazioni. bad ... I have been waiting for months for the outcome of an SAR application, income support? After a year I don't need it anymore. Keep these 700 euros in your Fund, maybe by hiring a tropical parrot you can deal with the paperwork faster.
J	Jacopo Michele Basile on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 11 Mesi dall'invio della pratica e ancora nulla.Ho ricevuto una chiamata il 20/02/2020 per confermare dei dati quindi sembrava ormai tutto ok ma,a quanto pare sono trascorsi altri 15 gg. e ancora risulta in valutazione. I tempi non te li dicono mai quali saranno o anche presunti. Quello che doveva rappresentare un piccolo aiuto in un momento di difficoltà si stà dimostrando la classica barzelletta all'italiana. Bravi aggiornerò quando l'incubo finirà. 11 months from sending the file and still nothing. I received a call on 20/02/2020 to confirm the data so everything seemed ok by now but, apparently another 15 days have passed. and it is still being evaluated. The times never tell you what they will be or even presumed. What should have been a little help in a time of difficulty is proving the classic Italian joke. In questo momento di grande difficoltà economica tutti i lavoratori ne hanno bisogno. Non è possibile che a distanza di 7 mesi non ci sia nessuna risposta. E' vergognoso, operatori maleducati che rispondono al telefono e riattaccano senza dare risposta, acidi e sgarbati. Se questo è il vostro modo di lavorare con il pubblico, cambiate mestiere perchè di umano dimostrate di non avere nulla quando rispondete a quel telefono. Mi auguro che tra Voi ci sia qualcuno di competente che riesca a dare qualche risposta, oltre che riattaccare quel telefono. saluti. Provato anche tramite email per due volte, ma di risposte nessuna. Almeno la cortesia di una risposta......., ma visto le precedenti recensioni, è chiedere troppo. Application made in October 2021 and in evaluation from mid-November. I have tried several times to contact them but no feedback. Also tested via email twice, but no replies. At least the courtesy of an answer ......., but given the previous reviews, that's too much to ask.
