Pro: hanno prontamente risposto alla richiesta per l'esame e il certificato è stato rilasciato il giorno dopo l'esame, quindi posso confermare affidiabilità e professionalità.
Contro: l'esaminatore è stato molto sgarbato, con tutti i partecipanti all'esame, dieri quasi offensivo, capisco la giusta e dovuta precisione e la verifica della regolarità, vista anche la modalità on-line, ma la cortesia e il rispetto si possono comunque e sempre mantenere...

Ho svolto presso di loro l'esame ECDL IT Security il venerdì pomeriggio e la sera del giorno successivo (nonostante fosse il sabato di Pasqua) mi avevano già inviato il certificato. Un ringraziamento speciale alla dott.ssa Caracciolo che è stata sempre molto cortese, esaustiva e celere nelle risposte ad ogni mia richiesta di informazioni. Li consiglio vivamente a tutti.
Serious, precise, professional. I took the ECDL IT Security exam with them on Friday afternoon and the evening of the following day (although it was Easter Saturday) they had already sent me the certificate. Special thanks to Dr. Caracciolo who was always very courteous, thorough and quick in replying to all my requests for information. I highly recommend them to everyone.

Confido quanto prima di proseguire con altri traguardi. Il periodo ci chiede preparazione per raggiungere gli obiettivi e insieme a loro potrò raggiungere i miei.
I thank the Format Cultural association for allowing me to pass the exams required for the ICDL. Their professional accuracy and availability was crucial. Maximum professionalism and seriousness, I personally had an excellent experience with this training center, following 2 courses (ECDL IT Security, ECDL Full Standard) and taking an online refresher exam. I had a great time with Renato Marafioti and Eleonora Caracciolo.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho scoperto l'associazione Format navigando sul web: avevo bisogno di un ente che mi fornisse la possiblità di dare gli esami dell'ICDL Full Standard in estate, perché questo è l'unico periodo in cui posso dedicarmi pienamente allo studio. La mia esperienza è del tutto positiva: ho trovato il personale coinvolto professionale ed estremamente disponibile; le occasioni in cui dare gli esami sono davvero molte e gli attestati dei vari moduli mi sono stati inviati in tempi rapidissimi, senza bisogno di telefonare o altro; i prezzi sono onesti. Non potevo chiedere di meglio.
I discovered the Format association by surfing the web: I needed an institution that would provide me with the possibility of taking the ICDL Full Standard exams in the summer, because this is the only period in which I can fully dedicate myself to studying. My experience is completely positive: I found the staff involved professional and extremely helpful; the occasions in which to take the exams are really many and the certificates of the various modules were sent to me in a very short time, without the need to call or anything else; the prices are fair. I couldn't ask for anything better.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho fatto il corso digital marketing con Renato Marafioti. Persona competente, professionale e ottimo insegnante (meglio di così non si puo'). Mi ha aiutato a capire i concetti ( ad una cocciuta come me) sia per il conseguimento della certificazione che per l'utilizzo degli strumenti in ambito lavorativo. La gentilezza, la pazienza, la grande capacità d'insegnamento e l'umiltà di Renato non hanno paragoni. Non è facile trovare professori con queste qualità. E' stata un'esperienza davvero piacevole. Molto disponibili e rapidi nel rispondere a richieste di informazioni e comunicazioni in merito agli esami. Consigliatissimi.
I did the digital marketing course with Renato Marafioti. Competent, professional and excellent teacher (you can't get better than this). It helped me to understand the concepts (to a stubborn one like me) both for obtaining the certification and for using the tools in the workplace. Renato's kindness, patience, great teaching skills and humility are unmatched. It is not easy to find professors with these qualities. It was a really enjoyable experience. Very helpful and quick in responding to requests for information and communications regarding exams. Highly recommended.
