Fondata da Aurora Laforgia e Shai Holsaert, offre corsi di Hata Yoga nei tre livelli di Principiante, Intermedio e Avanzato. Questi corsi sono tenuti dalla bravissima e carismatica Shai e da due sue allieve di comprovata esperienza. Inoltre, nel corrente anno, l'associazione offre corsi di Pilates, Ginnastica Posturale, Tailiquan e Qi Gong, Feldenkrais, Ginnastica Dolce, Dare Corpo alla Voce. Gli insegnanti sono qualificati, l'ambiente é accogliente e informale.
The Ekata Cultural Association has been, for over twenty-five years, a point of reference for those interested in oriental disciplines and thematic disciplines of physical, mental and spiritual well-being. Founded by Aurora Laforgia and Shai Holsaert, it offers Hata Yoga courses in the three levels of Beginner, Intermediate and Advanced. These courses are taught by the talented and charismatic Shai and two of her students with proven experience. Furthermore, in the current year, the association offers courses in Pilates, Postural Gymnastics, Tailiquan and Qi Gong, Feldenkrais, Gentle Gymnastics, Giving Body to the Voice. The teachers are qualified, the environment is welcoming and informal.
