Queste sono per me richieste e petizioni assurde! Le vittime dei crimini dove le mettiamo? Non hanno diritto essi stessi alla giustizia? Non è certo colpa loro se qualcun altro ha deciso di fare il delinquente. Posso essere d'accordo sui colpevoli di reati minori (sotto i 2-3 anni di pena) ma diversamente questo tipo di richiesta permetterebbe a mafiosi e camorristi di avere una possibilità in più di fare i propri comodi in carcere e magari aumentare le proprie chances di fuga. Lo accetterei per i reati più gravi (omicidi, mafia, ecc...), solo dopo almeno 15-20 anni di carcere scontati. Per me chi propone queste petizioni sono solo mafiosi, camorristi e simili. I cannot support this petition / case. I'm sorry for the children, but the convicted parent had to be responsible first and not criminal. These are absurd requests and petitions for me! The victims of crimes where we put them? Do they not have a right to justice themselves? It is certainly not their fault that someone else decided to be a criminal. I can agree on the perpetrators of minor crimes (under 2-3 years of sentence) but otherwise this type of request would allow mafiosi and Camorristi to have an extra chance to make their own comfortable prisons and maybe increase their chances of escape. I would accept it for the most serious crimes (murders, mafia, etc.), only after at least 15-20 years of discounted prison. For me, those who propose these petitions are only mafia, camorristi and the like.
