Non so per quale motivo ma mi hanno bloccata sia per le chiamate che per WhatsApp (non riuscendo a prendere la linea telefonicamente ho inviato dopo qualche giorno dei messaggi, i primi sono stati visualizzati e senza rispondere mi hanno bloccata anche lì perché l'altro messaggio non arriva proprio infatti) per cui non potendo prendere appuntamento per il coupon acquistato su groupon ho provato a chiamare con un altro numero e mi hanno risposto male e presa a parolacce senza neanche darmi il tempo di chiedere informazioni (nella mia buona fede) quindi ne deduco che vogliano solo truffare. Sono sconcertata.
Shameful !! I don't know why but they blocked me for both calls and WhatsApp (unable to take the line by phone I sent some messages after a few days, the first ones were displayed and without answering they blocked me there too because the other message does not arrive at all in fact) so not being able to make an appointment for the coupon purchased on groupon I tried to call with another number and they answered me badly and took swearing without even giving me time to ask for information (in my good faith) so no I assume they just want to cheat. I am baffled.

I met Flavia by chance, I consider her a very prepared and available person. I took advantage of a massage package which was nothing short of exceptional. I have been back several times and have recommended it to other people.

Ho pagato un massaggio con Groupon e non solo non sono riuscita a prenotarlo e fissare un appuntamento, avendo l'associazione sempre, dico sempre, la segreteria telefonica e nessuno risponde... ma ho avuto SMS minatori e offensivi. Personalmente ho lasciato due messaggi telefonici, solo due!, ...per non rompere, lasciando i miei riferimenti telefonici e anagrafici, con molta gentilezza, per essere contattata telefonicamente. Risultato: il Presidente di Andromeda mi ha lasciato due lunghi messaggi di insulti... Che non ho ben capito... Il motivo? Sono pazzi? Chi mi ha scritto ha detto che *li prendo in giro, che non posso andare solo con la tessera (quale?; ho pagato a Groupon e basta), che sono sempre in tre a rispondere alle chiamate, hanno registrato il mio numero di telefono, che non hanno tempo da perdere... Ecc... * Potrei anche pubblicarli gli "SMS assurdi". Cosa avevo fatto di sbagliato? Avevo chiesto e pagato in anticipo un
servizio e ho ricevuto "cattiverie"... Non so che pensare... Sono D.e.l.u.s.i.s.s m.a. da questa associazione ed esperienza! Sono pericolosi? Non prenotate! ...o vi verrà la bile! Ovviamente ho chiesto rimborso a Groupon.
Bad association. The President, then ... speaks and insults nonsense. I paid for a massage with Groupon and not only was I unable to book it and make an appointment, having the association always, I always say, the answering machine and no one answers ... but I have had threatening and offensive SMS. Personally I left two telephone messages, only two !, ... so as not to break, leaving my telephone numbers and personal details, very kindly, to be contacted by telephone. Result: the President of Andromeda left me two long messages of insults ... Which I don't quite understand ... The reason? They are crazy? Whoever wrote to me said that * I make fun of them, that I can't just go with the card (which one ?; I paid to Groupon and that's it), that there are always three to answer calls, they have registered my phone number , who have no time to waste ... Etc ... * I could also publish the "absurd SMS". What had I done wrong? I had asked for and paid in advance for a
service and I received "bad things" ... I don't know what to think ... I'm D.e.l.u.s.i.s.s m.a. from this association and experience! They are dangerous? Don't book! ... or you will get bile! Of course, I asked Groupon for a refund.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho acquistato un buono con Groupon e ho provato a prenotare. Sono riuscito a prenotare il giorno stesso. Ho fatto il massaggio con Federica. Mi sono rilassato ed ho avuto anche una piacevole conversazione (non forzata da lei ma voluta da me). Quindi mi sono sentito a mio agio e lei ha fatto il possibile per combinare gli altri due massaggi. Il locale è piccolo, quindi è normale che ci sia una disponibilità limitata, ma sono stato soddisfatto anche nelle richieste per i prossimi appuntamenti. Nonostante io fossi presente con un buono Groupon ho avuto un'accoglienza professionale. Complimenti.
I bought a coupon with Groupon and tried to book. I was able to book the same day. I had a massage with Federica. I relaxed and also had a pleasant conversation (not forced by her but wanted by me). So I felt comfortable and she went out of her way to combine the other two massages. The place is small, so it is normal that there is limited availability, but I was also satisfied with the requests for the next appointments. Although I was present with a Groupon voucher I had a professional welcome. Well done.
