Modi di fare saccenti che non sempre risultano essere reali fanno sì da abbassare di molto l'indice di soddisfazione.
 Ford authorized mechanical workshop located in the Cemeteries area in Campi Bisenzio. They also work on brands other than Ford. Sufficiently competent but not too organized staff.
Ways of being pedantic that do not always turn out to be real cause the satisfaction index to be significantly lowered.

I serviced my Ford fiesta, they were all very kind and prepared, especially the mechanic who did the service, silvio, a very professional and prepared guy, I really spent the right amount for spare parts and for the labor, thank you and see you again at the next service.
