Sicuramente un'assicurazione che consiglierò ai miei amici per i loro prossimi viaggi. My daughter had a small accident while we were abroad, when the operations center was notified, the assistance was immediately courteous and professional, standards that were then also maintained by the administrative office after returning to Italy. Definitely an insurance that I will recommend to my friends for their next trips.

Abbiamo subito contattato la centrale operativa d’emergenza dell’assicurazione viaggio Assivia, attiva 24 ore su 24, con la quale ci siamo costantemente relazionati e che ci ha dato tutte le indicazioni su come muoverci (sia dal punto di vista sanitario, sia dal punto di vista burocratico). Tornati in Italia abbiamo trasmesso i documenti e le spese ad Assivia che, in pochissimo tempo, ci ha bonificato l’intero importo. Che dire.. professionali, gentili e veloci. Ringrazio le "ragazze" ed in particolare Barbara, che professionalmente e umanamente, mi ha guidato nelle procedure di compilazione della pratica. Ricevuto rimborso nel giro di pochi giorni. Sicuramente nei prossimi viaggi acquisterò un'assicurazione Assivia. I had to cancel a planned vacation with my family due to a domestic accident that occurred to my wife. Come previsto dalla nostra assicurazione Elite abbiamo pattuito per una cifra in quietanza, per il ritardo nel rientro a casa, nel giro di pochissimi giorni. Siamo ormai in attesa del bonifico. È la prima volta che ci assicuriamo con loro e ci siamo trovati benissimo. Consigliatissima. We suffered the cancellation of our flight and Assivia, through its courteous and qualified staff, was immediately available paying the due attention. As foreseen by our Elite insurance we have agreed for a receipt amount, for the delay in returning home, within a few days. We are now awaiting the transfer. It is our first time making sure with them and we had a great time. Highly recommended.

Nel giro di 40 giorni e sotto le feste, lo staff dell'ufficio sinistri, con la Signora Barbara, si sono prodigati in ogni modo per darci assistenza e liquidare la cancellazione come da clausole del contratto assicurativo. Consiglio vivamente di affidarsi a questo Broker, vista la serietà, la gentilezza e la premura nel gestire le pratiche, sia prima dei sinistri - sempre pronte a rispondere al telefono con cortesia - sia nei momenti di sconforto con apertura sinistro. Grazie ancora per la splendida assistenza! First time we use Assivia, it was good because we had to cancel the honeymoon in Thailand. Within 40 days and under the holidays, the staff of the claims office, with Mrs. Barbara, went out of their way to assist us and to liquidate the cancellation as per the terms of the insurance contract. I highly recommend to rely on this Broker, given the seriousness, kindness and care in handling the practices, both before the claims - always ready to answer the phone with courtesy - and in moments of discouragement with left opening. Il servizio clienti è sempre stato reperibile e disponibile e tutte le indicazioni erano chiare. Ho inviato la documentazione richiesta e in poco più di 2 mesi mi hanno confermato il rimborso totale (a parte penali fisse minime esposte chiaramente a contratto). Consiglio questa compagnia assicurativa, io la riutilizzeró certamente! I bought an elite multi-trip policy for me, my husband and our baby. Due to a health problem we had to cancel the trip. Customer service was always contactable and helpful and all directions were clear. I sent the requested documentation and in just over 2 months they confirmed the full refund (apart from minimum fixed penalties clearly set out in the contract). I recommend this insurance company, I will certainly reuse it!

Una volta rientrata in poco tempo ho ricevuto il rimborso di cui avevo fatto richiesta perché mi erano stati addebitati dei soldi per una scheggia sul vetro dell'auto. Speravo di non averne bisogno, ma almeno ora posso consigliare questa assicurazione e stipularla anche per i prossimi viaggi. Molto professionali e veloci!! I used this insurance for the first time on a trip to Jordan and car rental deductible coverage was also included. Once I got back in a short time I received the refund I had requested because I had been charged money for a splinter on the car glass. I hoped I didn't need it, but at least now I can recommend this insurance and take it out for future trips. Very professional and fast!

Top car insurance: I had an accident, they always courteously assisted me by telephone and I was reimbursed without any problem within 10 days of sending the documentation.
