★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tra i 4 preventivi che mi avevano proposto per automatizzare il mio cancello ho scelto loro perche' mi erano stati consigliati da un'amico e comunque era l'unica assistenza ufficiale.
Il prezzo leggermente piu' alto degli altri, ma hanno eseguito un'ottimo lavoro del quale ne sono pienamente soddisfatto.Consigliatissimi!
 Among the 4 estimates that I had proposed to automate my gate I chose them because they had been recommended to me by a friend and in any case it was the only official assistance.
The price slightly more 'top of the other, but they have done a great job of which are fully soddisfatto.Consigliatissimi!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho avuto il numero di questo centro assistenza direttamente dalla FAAC di Bologna e non posso che dare un parere positivo in merito all'intervento effettuato visto che il mio cancello ha smesso di funzionare di 20 agosto e sono intervenuti nello stesso giorno riparando il guasto con mezz'ora e senza applicare tariffe straordinarie.

I got the number of this assistance center directly from FAAC in Bologna and I can only give a positive opinion regarding the intervention carried out since my gate stopped working on August 20 and they intervened on the same day repairing the fault with half 'now and without applying extraordinary rates.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho conosciuto questa ditta FAAC a seguito della segnalazione direttamente dalla filiale del Lazio visto che la ditta sempre ufficiale FAAC che mi installo' l'impianto 5 anni fa e che per correttezza preferisco non citare dopo la sostituzione di 4 schede e un conto di €480,00 il cancello funzionava per circa 4 giorni per poi bloccarsi e alla fine per disperazione ero obbligato ad aprirlo e chiuderlo a mano.
Si presenta il titolare della ditta Marco che nel giro di 10 minuti fa la sua diagnosi e mi dice che il problema non è la scheda ma il motore e che bisogna montare un kit di adattamento per il mio motore S800H
Finalmente ho risolto il problema!
Un ringraziamento a Marco che ha dimostrato di avere competenza,conoscenza del prodotto e passione per questo lavoro.

I met this FAAC company following the report directly from the Lazio branch since the always official FAAC company that installed the system for me 5 years ago and which, for fairness, I prefer not to mention after replacing 4 cards and an account of € 480 , 00 the gate worked for about 4 days and then stopped and in the end, out of desperation, I was forced to open and close it by hand.
The owner of the Marco company introduces himself that within 10 minutes makes his diagnosis and tells me that the problem is not the card but the engine and that an adaptation kit must be fitted for my S800H engine
I finally solved the problem!
Thanks to Marco who has shown to have competence, knowledge of the product and passion for this job.

Unico neo un po' lunga l'attesa a causa delle molte richieste che ricevono ma sono stati molto corretti comunicandomelo sin dall'inizio.

Good job! New FAAC overhead door installed in my garage. Friendly and very competent staff.
The only drawback is the wait a bit long due to the many requests they receive but they were very correct by communicating it to me from the beginning.
Highly recommended!

… avrebbe sicuramente commentato Dante Alighieri (Inferno, Canto VII, v. 89) dell’assistenza tecnica se avesse avuto un cancello automatico nella sua casa “… in su la Piazza dietro San Martino del Vescovo, dirimpetto alla via che va a casa i Sacchetti…” e avesse avuto la necessità di chiamare con urgenza l’Assistenza FAAC Roma Nord! Ma in quei lontani giorni al massimo se la cavavano con un robusto catenaccio e il “telecomando” forse era un’arrugginita chiave portata al collo perché… non si sa mai!
Invece, un paio di volte ho avuto necessità proprio dei bravi tecnici FAAC Roma Nord, Marco ed Emanuele, e sono rimasto veramente soddisfatto della cortesia, della loro competenza e della rapidità con cui sono intervenuti in caso di necessità.

"and had the need to urgently call FAAC Roma Nord Assistance! But in those faraway days at most they got along with a sturdy bolt and the "remote control" was perhaps a rusty key worn around the neck because ... you never know!
Instead, a couple of times I really needed the good technicians FAAC Roma Nord, Marco and Emanuele, and I was really satisfied with the courtesy, their competence and the speed with which they intervened in case of need.
