Hanno svolto un servizio impeccabile. Il signore che ci ha seguito in ufficio è stato cortese, calmo e sereno anche quando le persone da contattare, come il parroco, non sono stati né cortesi, né disponibili.
Ha avuto la pazienza di seguirci ed assisterci in tutto, anche nel cambiamento di chiesa.
Ha spiegato tutto con chiarezza e alleviato il nostro fardello almeno per le preoccupazioni materiali.
Lo stesso posso dire di tutti gli addetti che hanno preparato e trasportato il mio papà.
Un servizio attento, gentile e professionale.
Lo consiglio vivamente.
At a clearly not easy time, we turned to public assistance for my dad's funeral honors.
They did an impeccable service. The gentleman who followed us to the office was courteous, calm and serene even when the people to contact, such as the parish priest, were neither courteous nor helpful.
He had the patience to follow us and assist us in everything, even in the change of church.
He explained everything clearly and eased our burden at least for material concerns.
The same can be said of all the employees who prepared and transported my dad.
Attentive, kind and professional service.
I highly recommend it.

Fin da subito ci siamo resi conto dell'ottima scelta: siamo stati seguiti e consigliati con professionalità e sensibilità non comuni dal Sig. Michel per le varie pratiche d'ufficio e dai suoi colleghi che hanno preparato e accompagnato il mio papà nel suo ultimo viaggio. Ringraziamo tutta l'Assistenza Pubblica che ci ha supportato egregiamente in questo difficile momento della perdita del nostro caro congiunto.
We turned to Public Assistance following the will that my father had expressed for his funeral. We immediately realized the excellent choice: we were followed and advised with uncommon professionalism and sensitivity by Mr. Michel for the various office practices and by his colleagues who prepared and accompanied my dad on his last trip. . We thank all the Public Assistance that has supported us very well in this difficult moment of the loss of our dear relative.
