Premessa: Dicevo sempre ora faccio il backup del cellulare non si sa mai...rimandavo sempre e poi crash...il cellulare non si é acceso più. Disperata l'ho portato ad un centro assistenza (che si spaccia tale almeno), l'hanno tenuto un mese, senza farsi sentire e dicendo che il cellulare era spacciato così come il recupero dei dati (volevano tenerselo per i pezzi di ricambio).Su consiglio di mia sorella che aveva avuto lo stesso problema ho chiamato l'assistenza Prenestina (e EUR) ebbene in meno di 24 ore ad un prezzo modico mi hanno riparato il cellulare e di conseguenza recuperato tutti i dati. In particolare il ragazzo che mi ha servito é stato attento cordiale gentile efficiente. Tanto é stato attento che sembrava che il cellulare da riparare fosse il suo. Se lo avessi saputo prima che esisteva un'assistenza così non avrei perso tempo e non avrei ricomprato un cellulare sprecando soldi.

EXCEPTIONAL, TRUE PROFESSIONAL AND UP-TO-DATE TECHNICIANS
Premise: I always said now I backup my cell phone you never know ... I always postponed and then crash ... the cell phone didn't turn on anymore. Desperate I took him to a service center (which pretends to be such at least), they kept it for a month, without being heard and saying that the cell phone was doomed as well as data recovery (they wanted to keep it for spare parts). On the advice of my sister who had had the same problem, I called the Prenestina assistance (and EUR) well in less than 24 hours at a modest price they repaired my mobile phone and consequently recovered all the data. In particular, the guy who served me was attentive, friendly, kind, efficient. He was so careful that it seemed that the cell phone to be repaired was his. If I had known before that there was assistance so I would not have wasted time and I would not have bought a cell phone again and wasted money.
HIGHLY RECOMMEND IT !!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Questa sera mi sono recata presso il centro assistenza di piazza Roberto Malatesta 70. Ho portato il mio cellulare huawei P20 lite in quanto era caduto nell'acqua e anche se non si è bagnato completamente non funzionava più il microfono. Il ragazzo che mi ha seguito si è dimostrato molto professionale rapido ed estremamente gentile. Non conosco i prezzi dei ricambi del mio cellulare ma credo che mi abbia fatto un prezzo onesto. Vi consiglio sicuramente di recarvi a questo centro nel caso doveste avere la necessità di un assistenza per cellulari o PC.
This evening I went to the assistance center in piazza Roberto Malatesta 70. I brought my huawei P20 lite mobile phone as it had fallen into the water and even if it was not completely wet, the microphone no longer worked. The guy who followed me was very professional, quick and extremely kind. I don't know the prices of my cell phone parts but I think he gave me a fair price. I definitely recommend that you go to this center in case you need assistance for mobile phones or PCs.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho dovuto sostituire la schermo di un huawei p30 Lite. Sono arrivato alle 9,00 dopo circa 40 min era tutto fatto. Ottimo servizio ragazzo professionale ed educatissimo, quest'ultima caratteristica non scontata. Prezzo più che onesto. Superconsigliato!
I had to replace the screen of a huawei p30 Lite. I arrived at 9.00 after about 40 min it was all done. Excellent service, professional and very polite guy, the latter feature not taken for granted. Price more than fair. Super recommended!
