La mia caldaia si blocca di punto in bianco 15gg fa... errore A51... chiamo assistenza dalle mie parti, arriva un tecnico dopo qualche ora..fa partire la caldaia, pago i 30 euro come è giusto che sia ma dopo mezz'ora siamo punto ed a capo! Invio un messaggio al tecnico che è intervenuto e mi risponde con : "Solo il reset..... Al massimo togliete la corrente della caldaia per 5 Min e riprovate"... ma nulla. Attendo altri due giorni..mi reco ieri personalmente presso un punto assistenza nella mia città, stamattina interviene subito un tecnico (h.10,00), la caldaia necessitava di cambio di una valvola o simili... pago i 130€ e misteriosamente alle ore 11,30 la caldaia continua a segnalare lo stesso guasto! Ora la mia domanda è... considerato che le temperature sono quelle che sono e considerato che in casa c'è un minore e considerato che ci si lava (e scusate se è poco!!!!)..la mia domanda è : dopo 160e spesi in due giorni per non arrivare a niente, per avere un po di acqua calda e poter usufruire della mia caldaia cosa potrei fare??

Disappointing! My boiler crashes out of the blue 15 days ago ... error A51 ... I call for assistance in my part, a technician arrives after a few hours .. starts the boiler, I pay 30 euros as it should be but after half 'now we are full stop! I send a message to the technician who intervened and he replies with: "Reset only ..... At most, remove the power from the boiler for 5 min and try again" ... but nothing. I await another two days .. yesterday I personally went to an assistance point in my city, this morning a technician immediately intervenes (10.00 am), the boiler needed to change a valve or the like ... I pay € 130 and mysteriously at 11.30 the boiler continues to report the same fault! Now my question is ... considering that the temperatures are what they are and considering that there is a minor in the house and considering that we wash (and sorry if it's not enough !!!!) .. my question is: after 160e spent in two days to get nowhere, to have some hot water and to be able to use my boiler what could I do?
