Difficilmente ho trovato questa cortesia in questi uffici e non è stato un caso, perché sono andata almeno tre volte ed è stato così ogni volta. Lo consiglio moltissimo.
I turned to a request for family allowances. The person at the counter is motoooooo available, kind, smiling. I have hardly found this courtesy in these offices and it was no accident, because I went at least three times and it was like this every time. I highly recommend it.

20€ per la tessera, 20€ per lo spid loro (perché quello classico non va bene, figurarsi), 50€ per un non meglio precisato motivo e 250€ per la pratica. Ma scherziamo?!
