Il responsabile, dopo aver valutato il danno al mio pc e aver ascoltato quanto fossi disposto a pagare per la riparazione della cerniera del mio pc, ha esordito dicendo che "Non risponde nemmeno al telefono per un lavoro di 40€". A quel punto l'ho salutato e sono andato via. Non gradisco la presunzione e la scortesia verso un cliente che si reca sul posto per chiedere un informazione. Fortunatamente sono riuscito a risolvere il problema in un altro centro assistenza pagando la stessa cifra. Ovviamente per quanto mi riguarda sconsigliato!
