★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Servizio pessimo. Ho chiamato per avere informazioni su una riparazione e recupero dati spiegando il tutto proprio per non fare il viaggio a vuoto. Mi reco in negozio rispiego tutto, inizialmente i dati non li possono recuperare, insisto di fare il possibile e mi dice che con 40E li recuperano. Va bene , bastava dirlo subito. Il display oscurato è in garanzia nessun problema viene sostituito gratuitamente. 20 minuti dopo mi telefona una signora dicendo che il display secondo lei è rotto perchè mi è caduto il telefono e la garanzia non vale. Premesso che il telefono non mi è mai caduto, tali spiegazioni avrebbero dovuto darmele al telefono oppure al momento che mi sono presentata al desk! Inoltre dando ricerche vedo che contrariamente a quanto mi è stato detto Samsung fa la riparazione gratuitamente se in garanzia! Incompetenza e presuntuosità al massimo!

Given that the phone has never dropped, these explanations should have been given to me on the phone or when I presented myself at the desk! In addition, researching I see that contrary to what I was told Samsung does the repair for free if under warranty! Incompetence and presumptuousness to the max!

Mi chiedono di passare a dare un acconto per ordinare la batteria nuova, mi parlano di un ora di lavoro e mi fanno un preventivo di 70E. Purtroppo a Siena non ci sono negozi specializzati. Mi sono rivolto ad un negozio di Poggibonsi, che mi ha ordinato la batteria (per telefono, senza chiedermi un acconto, la batteria costa 15E) e mi ha preso 40E.
I was looking for a place to change the battery on my Samsung phone. I call to inform me. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Qualche giorno fa ho rotto lo schermo del mio telefono. Una tragedia! Essendo ancora in garanzia legale, ho cercato un negozio autorizzato Samsung per poterlo portare a riparare! Ed eccolo! Negozio aperto in orario continuato, ho chiamato, appuntamento non necessario, ho portato il mio telefono quanto prima. Dopo 2 giorni già arrivato il messaggio che sarei potuta andare a ritirare il mio dispositivo quando volevo. Servizio efficientissimo!!!!
A few days ago I broke my phone screen. A tragedy! Still under legal warranty, I looked for an authorized Samsung shop to be able to take it for repair! And here it is! Shop open all day, I called, no appointment needed, I brought my phone as soon as possible. After 2 days, the message arrived that I could go and collect my device whenever I wanted. Very efficient service !!!!
