Serious, helpful and honest people. I did the battery change on an electric broom, the repair was done correctly with a good value for money.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho avuto necessità di contattare il Centro Tecnico Piceno a seguito di un guasto su un nuovo TV acquistato da pochissimi mesi. Il servizio è stato risolutivo ed efficace: in soli due giorni dall'apertura del Ticket a Samsung (di domenica) il TV è stato ritirato il lunedì e riconsegnato il mercoledì con sostituzione della scheda madre, ovviamente senza alcun costo perché in garanzia. GRAZIE al centro tecnico Piceno e a Luca per la sua professionalità.
I needed to contact the Piceno Technical Center following a failure on a new TV purchased a few months ago. The service was decisive and effective: in just two days from the opening of the Ticket to Samsung (on Sunday) the TV was collected on Monday and returned on Wednesday with replacement of the motherboard, obviously at no cost because it was under warranty. THANKS to the Piceno technical center and to Luca for his professionalism.

Bene.La riparazione al mio tablet Samsung S2 (costato anni fa € 470)è terminata. Sono molto soddisfatta del lavoro, eseguito in modo eccellente e in tempi brevi. Costo irrisorio (€ 25)per tornare ad avere un tablet ben funzionante. Preciso:l'assistenza di Porto d'Ascoli mi aveva consigliato di "buttarlo" perché la riparazione sarebbe costata più di un tablet nuovo.In conclusione non mi resta che elogiare il lavoro e le competenze di questo centro assistenza. Consiglio a tutti,anche se dovete fare qualche km in più,ne vale la pena.?

Well, the repair to my Samsung S2 tablet (costing € 470 years ago) is finished. I am very satisfied with the work, performed in an excellent way and in a short time. Low cost (€ 25) to get back to having a well-functioning tablet. Precise: the assistance of Porto d'Ascoli had advised me to "throw it away" because the repair would have cost more than a new tablet. In conclusion, I just have to praise the work and skills of this service center. I recommend to everyone, even if you have to do a few more kilometers, it's worth it

Per il resto sono venuti a casa a ritirare la tv, hanno eseguito il lavoro senza problemi e mi hanno riconsegnato il prodotto in pochi giorni. Compliementi davvero!
Contacted by factory defect on a LG 65 'television. They turned out to be very friendly and professional. I just had to wait for the replacement part to arrive. For the rest, they came home to collect the TV, did the job without problems and returned the product to me in a few days. Compliementi really!
