★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessima esperienza, problema irrisolto, soldi buttati (pezzi cambiati a mia insaputa aumentando spese di oltre 300 euro ) , attese infinite : oltre tre mesi di vai e vieni per 800 euro di spesa , vera purga , gestione del cliente pessima, i "Ti richiamo" senza una sola richiamata innumerevoli e piu che irritanti a una certa, nel mio caso zero professionalità, non raccomando!!!
Bad experience, unresolved problem, money thrown away (pieces changed without my knowledge increasing costs of over 300 euros), endless expectations: over three months of going and coming for 800 euros of spending, real scouring, management of the bad customer, the "I call you back "without a single callback countless and more than irritating to a certain, in my case zero professionalism, I do not recommend !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho contattato il centro assistenza venerdì 19 agosto alle ore 12:55 allarmato da una spia dell'impianto di raffreddamento... Chiudevanosul cruscotto... ( Chiude alle 13:00 e riapre alle 14:30) ho chiesto se potevano attendere una decina di minuti per effettuare un controllo... Gentilissima la ragazza al centralino che ci ha esortato a recarci in officina per effetture il controllo... Ci hanno aspettato...risolto il problema

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Siamo finiti in questa autofficina dopo avere chiamato l'ACI per una ruota sgonfia in autostrada. Hanno trovato un piccolo foro nello pneumatico e hanno detto che loalo riparato definitivamente e la riparazione sarebbe durata fino al successivo cambio gomme. Rientrati in autostrada, abbiamo fatto appena a tempo ad arrivare alla nostra destinazione dopo soli 90 km che la ruota si è sgonfiata completamente e ci ha obbligato a cercarci un altro gommista per sostituire stavolta le gomme. Abbiamo rischiato grosso che succedesse qualcosa in autostrada. Sarebbe bastata una maggiore professionalità (mi hanno dato idea che avessero fretta di finire l'intervento perché era sabato) per risolvere tutto con la sostituzione degli pneumatici, piuttosto che spacciarci come definitiva una riparazione fatta veramente male. Un'esperienza da dimenticare

Back on the highway, we barely had time to arrive at our destination after only 90 km that the wheel completely deflated and forced us to look for another tire dealer to replace the tires this time. We seriously risked something happening on the highway. It would have been enough more professionalism (they gave me the idea that they were in a hurry to finish the intervention because it was Saturday) to solve everything with the replacement of the tires, rather than pass us off as a definitive repair done really badly. An experience to forget
