I	Iry-Ionela Corcau on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Metto una stella,per non mettere zero,personale non affidabile ed incompetente,mi chiamano settimana scorsa per un lavoro con nr.privato addirittura insistere,poi ci si mette d accordo,mi dicono che lunedi mi danno la conferma,ed neanche farsi sentire poi io martedì mattina telefono ed mi dicono che hanno dato il mio contatto alla famiglia per telefonarmi ed non ho sentito nessuno,che domani dovevo iniziare il lavoro,ed non si sa niente né l indirizzo della persona assistita,né i contatti della famiglia......ed manco ad farmi sapere qualcosa, niente......ed poi reclamano che siamo noi le badanti che non siamo professionali,che siamo incompetenti etc.....ma fatevi qualche domanda ed datevi anche una risposta chi è davvero l'incompetente.Noi ci fidiamo di queste agenzie per avere lavoro ed magari buttiamo ad monte un lavoro che ci è stato offerto,per prendere un lavoro più vicino ed poi scopriamo che veniamo presi in giro!!!!Io non voglio più sapere di questo personale così non qualificato!!!@ I put a star, so as not to put zero, unreliable and incompetent staff, they call me last week for a job with private number even insist, then they agree, they tell me that on Monday they give me confirmation, and not even be heard then Tuesday morning I call and they tell me that they have given my contact to the family to call me and I have not heard from anyone, that tomorrow I had to start work, and nothing is known about the address of the assisted person, nor the contacts of the family ... ... and I need to let me know something, nothing ...... and then they claim that we are the caregivers who are not professional, that we are incompetent etc ..... but ask yourself some questions and also give yourself an answer who is really incompetent.We trust these agencies to get work and maybe we throw away a job that has been offered to us, to take a closer job and then we discover that we are made fun of !!!! I don't want to know anymore of this staff so does not qualify to !!! @

Sono solo amareggiato per il tipo di contratto capestro stipulato con la badante, persona squisita e dedita alla paziente fino all'ultimo istante. Purtroppo la sua scarsa conoscenza della lingua italiana non le ha permesso di comprendere cosa aveva firmato, e per lei si è trattato di un danno economico non da poco, niente contributi e quindi nessuna possibilità di ottenere buste paga e modello 730. Considerando le fatture da me pagate e quanto veniva poi elargito alla badante posso comprendere il suo disappunto, tanto per usare un eufemismo. Ma avete sfruttato la legge è tant'è. Esperienza pessima, la badante mandata dall'agenzia di Firenze per un cliente fiorentino è stata per così dire "gestita " da una signora della sede di Mantova la quale non è mai riuscita a trovare una sostituzione. Tale signora si è rivelata completamente inadatta alla gestione del personale e del caso a lei affidato. Agenzia assolutamente da sconsigliare.
