★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Devo ringraziare tutto lo staff di Villa San Martino per come viene tenuta e portata avanti una condotta encomiabile sotto tutti i punti di vista: accoglienza, organizzazione, igiene della struttura e della persona, il rapporto con gli ospiti (familiare, rispettoso e talvolta spiritoso, che in un ambiente del genere alleggerisce lo spirito). Iniziative di animazione, per coloro che vi possono partecipare. Possibilità di trascorrere le festività insieme in modo adeguato, in allegria e compagnia. Grande disponibilità nei momenti più critici e sincero cordoglio anche nel momento più triste. Sì, lo ripeto anche in questa sede, se avessi potuto, avrei preferito affidare mia mamma molto tempo prima al personale di questa rsa piuttosto che tenerla a casa sua con badanti e medici non sufficientemente competenti in campo geriatrico, senza considerare lo stress che un figlio vive sentendosi inadeguato e incapace di aiutare veramente il proprio genitore.

I have to thank all the staff of Villa San Martino for how praiseworthy conduct is carried out and carried out under all points of view: hospitality, organization, hygiene of the structure and of the person, the relationship with the guests (familiar, respectful and sometimes witty, that in such an environment lightens the spirit). Animation initiatives, for those who can participate. Possibility to spend the holidays together adequately, in joy and company. Great availability in the most critical moments and sincere condolences even in the saddest moment. Yes, I repeat it also here, if I could, I would have preferred to entrust my mother a long time ago to the staff of this rsa than to keep her at home with carers and doctors not sufficiently competent in the geriatric field, without considering the stress that a child he lives feeling inadequate and unable to really help his parent.
