★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great station everyone is very helpful and kind when I was traveling and confused by myself. Would recommend taking a taxi to the city, it’s a mile or so away from the city and there are many taxi drivers right outside the station ready to help.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the Best stations in Italy, retaining the original ancient structure within proper contemporary refurbishing. A wonderful "Welcome Hall" is kept well preserved for rare occasion such as welcoming a Pope in one of his rare visits in Assisi by Train

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was the most beautiful town that I never vidited. Assisi is a charming town, there we find the Basilica of San Francisco de Assis and inside this is the tomb of Francis de Assis. Its narrow streets and full of history. their shops, cafes and friendly people make you feel like you have to come back again. The views from the Basilica are unique.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A decent station with bar and a.waiting room. Normally I would not rate the train station but wanted to share a piece of info: if you are going to the old town of Assisi get a taxi or buy a bus ticket from a kiosk/store at the station. It costs some 2eur and you validate if when on boar of the bus. The service is every 30 minutes or so and the stop is directly in front of the station. You will get to Assisi in around 15 minutes.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Arrived at Assisi train station from Roma Termini to visit Basilica of St Francis of Assisi for the day. Assisi train station is small and clean.
Be careful with taxi drivers outside Assisi train station who will offer you a tour of St Francis and other sites for 100 Euros as your private car hire to see the sites and return you back to the train station for your end of day trip back to Rome. This is not the case. They will take you to other sites for brief visits for 20 minutes per site. Then they drop you off at St Francis to be picked up later at an agreed time to take you back to the train station. Totally not worth it. Normal one way fare to Basilica of St Francis is only 15 euros each way if you do want to take a taxi.
Its better to take the Line C Bus from the train station to St Francis for euro 1.50 each way. Bus runs every 30 minutes. You can buy the bus ticket at the store inside Assisi train station.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very beautiful but a bit too much into food and meat consumption to be a spiritual place dedicated to the saint of Austerity and Animal beatification

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This train station is nice, but not the best. The bathrooms cost money, and the services are very limited. I appreciate its location and access to transfer transit like buses and taxes.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very very nice, the station of Assisi ! Built in 1866 it retains all the Novecento style: The building travelers and the "Royal Room" for the reception of members of the royal family. The station suffered serious damage following the 1997 earthquake and has been renovated. The railway line is that : Foligno - Terontola. The station is located in the village of Santa Maria degli Angeli 3 km from the historic center . At 5 minutes walk there are not or free parking.
