I was enrolled in Assidai for about ten years for the sole purpose of protecting my daughter who was out of age for FASI coverage: after an operation carried out at the public hospital of Reggio Emilia, I waited eight months to obtain a refund. Dopo un anno di attesa per ottenere un rimborso dovuto a ricovero di un iscritto, nonostante svariati solleciti, non ho ancora avuto risposta. Sconsigliabile, agirò con reclamo IVASS, in considerazione delle loro omissioni e la loro poca attenzione alle esigenze del consumatore
Bad insurance company, little transparency, they do not provide certified e-mail addresses. The call center almost never answers and, if it does, does not provide contact details.
