Tendenzialmente sono abitudinario, non cambio per poco, e sono convinto che alla base di questo ci deve stare un buon rapporto di reciproca fiducia correttezza e professionalità. Unico appunto che posso fare, per cui mi riservo una stella, è che si potrebbe informare il cliente, via email o telefonicamente, dell'importo da pagare.
