Disorganizzati a livelli imbarazzanti, mi hanno fatto perdere due mattinate per una semplice rimozione della scatola nera.
Customer for years, with two RCA policies in first class of merit, I was very disappointed by their ever-increasing prices, the treatment and the responses received. Disorganized to embarrassing levels, they made me miss two mornings for a simple removal of the black box.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A contatto subito con l'operatrice anche senza appuntamento.... però sconsiglio vivamente di comprare prodotti delle assicurazioni in generale....dopo 10 anni non ti rendono neanche il capitale che hai versato....e non ti avvisano al momento di contrarre la polizia come veramente funziona...insomma anche se trascorso 10 anni non mi hanno reso nulla.....neanche il capitale versato....non fate polizze pensione....una fregatura.....

Da quando hanno cambiato sede a Sant'Agostino poi è più facile trovare posto per la macchina (c'è un parcheggio privato).
I prezzi delle polizze sono nella media.
Tutto sommato, bene.
Excellent agency, serious and prepared.
Since they changed headquarters in Sant'Agostino, it is easier to find a place for the car (there is a private car park).
