Ho richiesto da ormai un mese una polizza RC professionale per medici.
Prima ho telefonato per sapere se offrissero questo servizio e l’ufficio mi ha risposto di mandare un’e-mail specificando le mie richieste. Così ho fatto, e il giorno dopo mi hanno risposto di dare loro il mio numero di telefono. Sono stata poi chiamata dicendo che mi avrebbero inviato un questionario da compilare.
Dopo una settimana di questo questionario neanche l’ombra. Li ho richiamati io, specificando anche che avessi fretta di stipulare questa polizza, senza la quale non potevo iniziare a lavorare. Mi è stato risposto che l’e-mail non era partita e che comunque per completare la polizza erano sufficienti 2-3 giorni.
Mi arriva il questionario, lo compilo, lo rispedisco via mail. Mi rispondono che devo inviare la copia dei miei documenti.
Così faccio.
Mai più sentiti da un mese.
Voglio sperare che siano sono dei grandissimi incompetenti, e non dei truffatori, visto che hanno richiesto i miei documenti d’identità senza poi emettere alcuna polizza.
Totally unreliable.
I have been applying for a professional liability insurance policy for doctors for a month now.
I first phoned to find out if they offered this service and the office replied to send an e-mail specifying my requests. So I did, and the next day they told me to give them my phone number. I was then called saying they would send me a questionnaire to fill out.
After a week of this questionnaire not even the shadow. I called them back, also specifying that I was in a hurry to take out this policy, without which I could not start working. I was told that the e-mail had not gone out and that in any case 2-3 days were enough to complete the policy.
The questionnaire arrives, I fill it in, I send it back by email. They reply that I have to send a copy of my documents.
So I do.
Never heard from again for a month.
I want to hope that they are great incompetents, and not scammers, since they requested my identity documents without then issuing any policies.
