G	Gioia Carratta on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Peccato non possa lasciare 0 stelle, parlo in particolare della filiale di Osimo, tutti pronti e disponibili quando devono farti sottoscrivere una polizza, poi si defilano e non rispondono più quando decidi di chiuderla...non li consiglierei a nessuno. Dopo 4 anni sono riuscita a chiudere una polizza praticamente inutile e si sono anche intascati il 20% e più!!! Pessimi sotto tutti i punti di vista. Grazie per la risposta, ma non mi trovate d’accordo su molti punti, in particolare sul fatto che per aprire la polizza ho trovato tutti ben disposti, mentre per chiuderla quando feci la prima richiesta un paio di anni fa ho dovuto chiamare in filiale più e più volte per avere risposte, in quanto il personale non si rendeva mai disponibile e questo a mio avviso è un comportamento davvero mediocre in quanto un cliente va seguito dall’inizio alla fine...chiaramente ho ancora le molteplici mail di sollecitazione conservate a cui il personale non ha mai risposto. Visto che avete enunciato tutte le carte a vostro favore, concludo dicendo anche le mie, diciamo che l’unico motivo per cui sono riuscita ad avere la vostra attenzione in ultimo è solo perché mi stavo per rivolgere al COVIP, è solo ed esclusivamente per questo, alla tassazione applicata oltretutto è da aggiungere quella famosa marca da bollo di cui non ho più saputo nulla una volta liquidato il tutto, ma che anche li mi era stato fatto intendere altro. Resto comunque della mia idea che il cliente va curato dall’inizio alla fine e con me non è stato fatto.
