★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono veramente poco seri. Mia moglie ha chiamato lunedì 23 Maggio per un trasporto disabile per il 30 Maggio per una visita. Richiamano mia moglie dopo 2 ore per confermarmelo. Oggi Mercoledì 25 Maggio 2016 chiamano mia moglie dicendo che non è possibile e dicono che la persona che ci ha richiamato non ha chiesto il pemesso. Li ho richiamati per chiedere spigazioni, insisto e mi danno del bugiardo. Chiedo il nome del loro presidente e chi mi ha risposto, alla mia telefonata, non ha voluto darmelo. Sono veramente pessimi e come serietà sono pari a zero.
They are really not very serious. My wife called on May 23rd for a disabled transport for May 30th for a visit. Call my wife back after 2 hours to confirm it. Today Wednesday, May 25, 2016 they call my wife saying that it is not possible and they say that the person who called us did not ask for the pemesso. I called them back to ask for explanations, I insist and they call me a liar. I ask for the name of their president and whoever answered me, to my phone call, didn't want to give it to me. They are really bad and are as serious as zero.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono stati effettuati 2 trasporti di un infermo (invalido civile 100%) nel 2016, di cui abbiamo la Bolla firmata dagli addetti. Siamo nel 2017, al tempo della dichiarazione dei redditi ma non sono state ancora emesse le relative fatture. Oggi al telefono è stato detto: "ma dopo un anno lei vuole le fatture??" Mi faccio passare l'amministrazione, e mi rispondo di richiamare domani che dovrebbe esserci qualcuno in grado di fare "qualcosa"(!). Mi danno un indirizzo e-mail.....vediamo che succede.
2 transports of an infirm (100% civil invalid) were carried out in 2016, of which we have the bill signed by the staff. We are in 2017, at the time of the tax return but the related invoices have not yet been issued. Today on the phone it was said: "but after a year do you want the bills ??" I let the administration through, and I reply to call back tomorrow that there should be someone able to do "something" (!). They give me an email address ..... let's see what happens.
