★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Un buon campo estivo dovrebbe organizzare il tempo libero dei bambini in piacevoli esperienze di vita comunitaria per favorirne la socializzazione e il rispetto reciproco. Ma al Campus San Domenico le cose oggi non sono andate così. Il primo giorno, lunedì 17 giugno 2019, è anche l’ultimo, per mio figlio.
Ciò che accade è sempre la conseguenza di ciò che viene accettato a casa: bestemmie, laide descrizioni sessuali da parte di bambini che non hanno ancora undici anni, minacce arroganti, maleducazione e turpiloqui. Tu devi subire e tacere. E fare come se niente fosse. Anzi: l’animazione si divincola da eventuali responsabilità accusandoti di non saperti inserire. Sarà anche vero, se noi intendiamo che, per inserirsi, bisogna accettare di scendere così in basso e fingere una normalità che è vergognosamente anomala.
Non è così che crescono i bulli?
Tenetevelo così com’è, questo campo estivo. Io ho solo buttato il pagamento di una settimana.

A good summer camp should organize children's free time in pleasant experiences of community life to encourage socialization and mutual respect. But today at the San Domenico Campus things did not go that way. The first day, Monday 17 June 2019, is also the last, for my son.
What happens is always the consequence of what is accepted at home: blasphemies, filthy sexual descriptions by children who are not yet eleven, arrogant threats, rudeness and foul language. You have to suffer and be silent. And do as if nothing had happened. On the contrary: the animation frees itself from any responsibilities by accusing you of not knowing how to enter. It will also be true, if we mean that, to fit in, one must accept to go so low and pretend a normality that is shamefully anomalous.
Isn't that how bullies grow up?
Keep it as it is, this summer camp. I just threw away a week's payment.
