Ho provato a contattare telefonicamente e via mail l' agenzia diverse volte, per chiedere le credenziali giuste e informazioni relative all'esame, ma mi ha sempre risposto una donna molto sgarbata, dandomi delle risposte maleducate ed evasive ed asserendo che tanto aveva già la sua clientela, quindi poteva anche trattarci male. Alla fine ho perso l'acconto visto che non abbiamo mai ricevuto alcuna informazione, ma meglio così che versare altri soldi

In the end I lost the deposit as we never received any information, but better than paying more money
