Spero che i responsabili dell'ufficio leggano tale recensione e prendano provvedimenti per questo dipendente che in data 30/10/2020 ore 11.28 non svolge le proprie mansioni I'm asking to be able to change my GP but a rude switchboard operator, after explaining the situation, is always closing my call. M	Maria Perri on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Presso la farmacia territoriale di Rende, dove lavorano sempre contro voglia, mi stavano consegnando il farmaco abituale scaduto, sto chiamando ma OVVIAMENTE il telefono è fuori posto, chiamo l'asp per avere altri contatti e l'addetto sgarbatamente mi passa ad un numero dove OVVIAMENTE non risponde nessuno. At the local pharmacy in Rende, where they always work against my will, they were giving me the usual expired drug, I'm calling but OBVIOUSLY the phone is out of place, I call the asp to have other contacts and the clerk rudely passes me to a number where OBVIOUSLY nobody answers.

F	Francesca Sacco on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ sto chiamando da almeno un'ora per avere informazioni per quanto riguarda le procedure da seguire per la scelta del pediatra di mio figlio, ma nessuno che mi passi qualcuno che ne sappia qualcosa. Effettuo una prima chiamata al centralino, spiego quello che devo fare mi passano l'asp di Rende ma nessuno risponde, chiudo la chiamata richiamo il centralino stessa domanda da parte mia loro mi girano la chiamata al centro salute mentale, allora chiudo richiamo stessa domanda mi passono un ufficio dove dopo aver detto che avrei dovuto effettuare la scelta del pediatra la signora dall'altra parte del telefono scoppia in una risata e mi dice che il centralino ha sbagliato, richiamo mi rimbalzano le chiamate e nessuno risponde. I have been calling for at least an hour to get information regarding the procedures to be followed for choosing my child's pediatrician, but no one to give me someone who knows anything about it. Continuo a sollecitare ogni giorno per ricevere risposte del tipo "Chiami pomeriggio" e il pomeriggio dicono "Chiami domani mattina". La sanità in Calabria è vergognosa, ed effettivamente anche le altre recensioni lo dimostrano. CHE SCHIFO. SHAME! I have been waiting for a swab result for 5 days, after having tested Negative on the first rapid swab. I keep soliciting every day for answers like "Call afternoon" and in the afternoon they say "Call tomorrow morning". Healthcare in Calabria is shameful, and the other reviews actually prove it too. HOW DISGUSTING.
