G	Georg Mattuzzi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gentilissimi signori e signore, esprimo con la presente la mia protesta nei confronti di una parte del troppo personale presente al minicentro mobile di riciclaggio a Sinigo ogni lunedì in Piazza Vittorio Veneto il quale, da ormai alcune settimane si comporta verso noi cittadini in modo irrispettoso, arrogante e intimidatorio. Se questa situazione dovesse protrarsi in futuro mi rivolgerò alla stampa locale Alto Adige, Dolomiten e FF. Dear gentlemen and ladies, I hereby express my protest against a part of the too many staff present at the mobile recycling mini-center in Sinigo every Monday in Piazza Vittorio Veneto which, for some weeks now, has behaved towards us citizens in a disrespectful, arrogant and intimidating way. Should this situation continue in the future I will turn to the local press Alto Adige, Dolomiten and FF.

Sono Appena stato cacciato dal centro riciclaggio dopo il terzo tentativo alle 11:50 dicendomi che chiude alle 11:45 sul vostro sito l’orario e 12:00 poi mi chiedo e mi domando perché il mini riciclaggio di Via Brogliatti che era sempre aperto il sabato dietro casa ora apre solo il mercoledì quando la gente lavora! Siete ancora in lockdown? Vergognatevi e insegnate le buone maniere si vostri dipendenti Simply shameful! Su dice banco informazioni perché è il primo punto in cui un cliente si ferma; è proprio per questo che dovrebbero rispondere in modo gentile alle domande. Invece non rispondono, dicono soltanto: “prenda un numero e aspetti!” Se mi avessero risposto, non avrei aspettato per scoprire che in sede non si può pagare! Consiglio si andare alle Poste! The staff are rude, especially at the information desk. Su says information desk because it is the first point where a customer stops; that is precisely why they should respond politely to questions. Instead they don't answer, they just say: "take a number and wait!" If they had answered me, I would not have waited to find out that you cannot pay at the office!
