Doveva essere un punto di riferimento per il paese ma al solito rimane un oggetto avulso e senza significato realizzato al solo scopo di mangiare fondi potevano essere utilizzati spazi già presenti e riqualificati. Mi ricordo il vicino edificio delle case popolari finito e mai utilizzato ed e stato dovuto ristrutturare completamente per assegnarlo. Per i servizi la sanita viterbese e ben nota per le sue negatività e qui emerge tutta la disorganizzazione possibile in barba del cittadino.
