I called matrina 6 times on Monday, 4 unanswered and 2 sounded busy. I called back 6 more times today and always the same story. No one who answers !!

Come neomamma ho imparato tantissimo grazie a loro. Persone fantastiche e amorevoli. My son and I felt so good at home. The people who work there have helped us tremendously. As a new mom I learned a lot thanks to them. Great and loving people.

Parlo del consultorio pediatrico, che è ancora in Via Avigliana 13, mentre mi pare che quello che è stato spostato sia quello familiare. Conosco soprattutto l'infermiera Ninetta, che è molto dolce con i bambini e comprensiva con le mamme. Mi ha aiutato molto con l'allattamento al seno, soprattutto nei primi tempi. Ho anche seguito il corso sullo svezzamento e sul massaggio infantile. Confermo quello che hanno scritto nelle altre recensioni, cioè che sia impossibile parlare al telefono. Per esperienza, però, le infermiere si segnano il numero del chiamante e richiamano nel pomeriggio. In alternativa, la cosa migliore è passare e prendere appuntamento di persona. Che gente! Va bene la paura del Covid, ma non svolgere il proprio lavoro e non fare ciò per cui hanno giurato, è una vergogna! Bad. Si tratta SOLO del Consultorio Pediatrico per neonati, non offrono altri servizi, anche se nel nome di maps è indicato anche ASL Very helpful and clear, even by telephone. Just call them at opening hours, from 1pm to 3.30pm. This is ONLY the Pediatric Clinic for newborns, they do not offer other services, even if the name of maps also indicates ASL
