Chiamando la agenzia delle entrate ho scoperto che la persona allo sportello peccava di grave incompetenza, perché l'operazione di rinnovo era effettivamente loro lavoro. Le ragazze all'accettazione molto disponibili. After queuing up, they told me at the counter that they couldn't renew my health card. Calling the revenue agency I discovered that the person at the counter was grossly incompetent, because the renewal operation was actually their job. The girls at the reception are very helpful.

Dopo 35 Anni in Danimarca mi trasferisco qualche mese in Italia per aiutare mia madre di 81 Anni....povera Italia....ma chi le assume queste persone...ci vuole una bella ripulita in questo paese...forse mando una mail ad una certa persona al comune... Rude, incompetent and arrogant. F	Fabrizio Lorenzi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ennesima ASL, ennesimo film. Locali ben tenuti e puliti, davvero ospitali. Decisamente una delle migliori sotto questo aspetto. Guardie giurate più o meno disponibili, dipende. Ma per il resto, nulla più. Problemi ogni giorno e (alcuni) dottori (o presunti tali) al pari di alcuni del personale, che hanno dimenticato la compassione e la solidarietà. Come dicevo all'inizio, l'ennesima ASL che delude. Mettendo insieme quello che ho visto nell'ultimo mese a livello sanitario nella più bella città del mondo, siamo davvero sotto un regime. Vergognoso. Privatizzare? Bella domanda. Yet another ASL, yet another film. Well kept and clean rooms, really hospitable. Definitely one of the best in this respect. Security guards more or less available, it depends. But otherwise, nothing more. Problems every day and (some) doctors (or presumed) as well as some of the staff, who have forgotten about compassion and solidarity. As I said at the beginning, yet another ASL that disappoints. Putting together what I have seen in the last month in health care in the most beautiful city in the world, we are really under one regime. Shameful. Privatize? Good question.

Sono passati 8 gg. e nessun contatto,sempre da parte loro ovviamente. Io sono 6 gg. Che chiamo ma nessuno risponde. Ho un ricetta bloccata dalla prenotazione,pertanto non prenotabile da altre parti. E soprattutto nel 2022, dopo più di due anni di pandemia, è indecoroso che non si possa ancora avviare la procedura per il rinnovo medico temporaneo in via telematica (anche se qualcuno che conosco ha detto di averlo fatto). Assurda la gestione amministrativa da parte di Salute Lazio I don't understand why they don't have to answer the phone. In times of Covid maybe one also really needs it. And especially in 2022, after more than two years of the pandemic, it is unseemly that the procedure for the temporary medical renewal electronically cannot yet be started (even if someone I know said they did).
