Per una persona che non è di Rieti non è rassicurante trovare al posto di una Asl questo portale degradato (ingresso dell'ex manicomio). Sarebbe cosa buona e giusta che se non volete cambiare l'indirizzo di ingresso almeno mettete un cartello con scritto TRANQUILLI L'INGRESSO È DALL'ALTRA PARTE! Il discorso però purtroppo è culturale, ancora dopo 91 anni non vi siete resi conto di essere un capoluogo di provincia e, nel bene o nel male, siete un punto di riferimento per molte altre persone al di fuori dei reatini di Rieti. Devo comunque riconoscere di aver trovato personale gentile e professionalmente preparato. This is via del Terminillo 42! For a person who is not from Rieti it is not reassuring to find this degraded portal (entrance to the former asylum) instead of an ASL. It would be good and right that if you do not want to change the entrance address at least put a sign with it QUIET THE ENTRANCE IS ON THE OTHER SIDE! Unfortunately, the speech is cultural, even after 91 years you have not realized that you are a provincial capital and, for better or for worse, you are a point of reference for many other people outside the Rieti area of Rieti. Assurdo i lavoratori pubblici così meriterebbero un calcio nel c... così lasciano il posto a chi ci tiene. Una volta il lavoratore pubblico era più serio e tenuto a rispettare le regole più degli ltri perché rappresentavano lo STATO. In particolare ringrazio l'operatrice che era presente stamattina 27 Novembre alle 8.30 che è stata gentilissima e anche piacevolmente simpatica! Ottima esperienza... se così si può dire anche in questi casi... My compliments to Drive-in Rieti for the perfectly functional covid pads. In particular, I thank the operator who was present this morning 27 November at 8.30 who was very kind and also pleasantly nice! Excellent experience ... if we can say so also in these cases ...
A	Andrea Onori on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nulla da dire per gli operatori che eseguono i tamponi, ma per quanto riguarda l'amministrativo è una tragedia, referto di molecolare non arriva, telefoni al numero verde e non risponde nessuno, mandi email e stessa cosa. La figlia in questione che aspetta il referto ha 5 anni con vomito e febbre alta. Capisco l'emergenza, ma non si gioca sulla vita degli altri, un po di serietà non guasta. Nothing to say for the operators who carry out the swabs, but as far as the administration is concerned it is a tragedy, the molecular report does not arrive, you call the toll-free number and no one answers, you send emails and the same thing. The daughter in question waiting for the report is 5 years old with vomiting and a high fever. M	Manuela Civran on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nulla da dire sugli operatori che eseguono i tamponi... ma il personale amministrativo non è assolutamente qualificato a stare lì... 30 dicembre vado a far fare il tampone dopo 7 giorni di quarantena a mio figlio per un contatto stretto a scuola. Sono stata costretta ad andare lì pur abitando a monterotondo quindi già un'ora di strada perché la asl non ha voluto saperne di prenotarmi vicino casa. L'amministrativa all'ingresso, dopo che avevo già fatto due ore di fila, mi chiede se il ragazzo fosse vaccinato, spiego che è un guarito degli ultimi 6 mesi (5 per la precisione), che ha fatto pure la seconda dose del vaccino... ma un giorno dopo il contatto stretto perché non ci era stata ancora notificata la quarantena (22 ultimo contatto... notifica il 27) mi sento dire mi sa che non lo può fare... ma le conoscono le leggi per le quali lavorano???? ho dovuto aspettare un altro quarto d'ora perché si doveva informare...meno male che l'operatrice che ha effettuato il tampone è stata così carina che mi ha fatto sbollire un po' la rabbia Nothing to say about the operators who carry out the swabs ... but the administrative staff is absolutely not qualified to be there ...
