★ ★ ★ ★ ★ È un centro su cui converge un grandissimo numero di utenti, e i locali del punto prelievi non sono adeguati all'accoglienza.
Trovo per nulla salubre la procedura di consegna delle provette al paziente, farraginosa e non rispettosa delle norme igieniche.
Buffa la spiegazione datami da una sanitaria del prelievo, secondo la quale non hanno il tempo di gestire tutte le provette.
Speriamo che le analisi siano svolte accuratamente .
Comunque il personale è gentile e accogliente. Il fattore umano compensa i disagi ambientali e strutturali.

However the staff are nice and welcoming. The human factor compensates for environmental and structural discomforts.

Organizzazione vergognosa: viene inviata una lettera con appuntamento per una serie di vaccini che nella realtà dei fatti differiscono da quelli somministrati e la spiegazione: il computer a volte manda un' informazione parziale!!!! Un'informazione corretta é alla base della fiducia!!!...i computer non sono comunque esseri pensanti, contrariamente a quanto mi aspetto dalle persone!!!
