Arrivo alle 16,15 perché avevo appuntamento per le 16,30 con il Dr.Cappa e solo allora scopro di essere ottavo in graduatoria. Alle 16,55 erano ancora alla seconda visita !!!Roba da pazzi...Roba da oassarci la nottata !!! Nessun rispetto per il bene più prezioso che il genere umano ha : ... IL TEMPO.... Eppure lo dtesso Dr.Cappa mi aveva dato quell' appuntamento. Ho saputo poi che hanno avuto una riunione che ha ritardato le visite..... intanto i pazienti aspettano......Morale : io sono andato via perché dovevo tornare al lavoro e ho perso appuntamento e anche i soldi del ticket già pagato. Adesso chissà wusnto trmpo passerà per un nuovo appuntamento AH...CHE PROFESSIONALITA ??!.... The management of appointments assigned to patients by Giugliano is shameful. Ogni impegno da portare a termine in questo dipartimento richiede un'intera giornata lavorativa, da passare in allegria con le persone che hanno i più disparati disagi. Questo luogo è UNA FABBRICA DI ISTERIA, che sfida ogni MINIMA DECENZA prima ancora di dimostrarsi inappropriato per le persone che vi si rivolgono, in fatto di professionalità e delicatezza; un invalicabile muro di disperazione sulle vie della guarigione.
