All’ingresso c'è una persona che a simpatia ti da il numero per poter accedere a parlare con un addetto..mi ha risposto :”a quest’ora vieni?” Giustamente alle 11del mattino,poiché non avevano più voglia di lavorare, mandano a casa persone che per necessità prendono una giornata a lavoro per appunto spicciare le faccende. È la seconda volta che ci provo a distanza di giorni e dopo una lunga ed estenuante attesa al telefono. Chi ci lavora dimentica che non ti sta facendo un piacere personale e che quel centralino con risposta automatica è stato acquistato con soldi pubblici (cioè di tutti). Speriamo che chi dirige si decida a far luce su questa inadempienza. No answer to any of the 9 switchboard extensions to obtain a simple information.
