L'entrata non è in via del Molo ma nel vicolo adiacente.
L'edificio prende io nome dal benefattore che donò al comune di Genova l'edificio per destinarlo all'accoglienza notturna: Luigi Massoero.
 This center welcomes, only for the night, about thirty homeless in a heated environment and served both by electricity and by bathrooms and showers.
The entrance is not in via del Molo but in the adjacent alley.
The building takes its name from the benefactor who donated the building to the municipality of Genoa to allocate it to the nocturnal reception: Luigi Massoero.
