Per la cucina cinese varie qualità di riso, dal tailandese all'italiano, meno costoso ma di discreta qualità. Consiglio la cottura in pentola elettrica cinese che quando raggiunge la giusta cottura lo mantiene caldo, e vi consente di occuparvi di altro. Consiglio la birra cinese, gradevole poco alcolica, i vermicelli di riso wai wai, cotti in 2 minuti, i ravioli di carne surgelati, cotti al vapore e poi griglati per 2 minuti in pentola antiaderente con un filo d'olio, bacche di goji da aggiungere ad una bevanda calda, le potete conservare in freezer altrimenti si seccano, zucchero di canna cinese dal gusto forte e deciso contiene anche zenzero datteri rossi e longan, il pomelo rosso è più gustoso e dolce rispetto a quello che potete trovare nei normali supermercati.
