Ci vado da qualche mese e ne sono pienamente soddisfatto. Ottimo! Ilaria ha cambiato totalmente il mio modo di pensare lo yoga, di sentirlo, di capirlo...e lo yoga ha fatto lo stesso con la mia vita.. La pratica sul tappetino è un continuo divenire, una trasformazione, una crescita...come la vita..ma ci vogliono persone capaci di farti vivere così lo yoga..persone sensibili, ma soprattutto veri professionisti, seri ed affidabili. Ilaria lo è...e per me seguirla nella sua shala è stato un grande piacere...un posto che in un anno è diventato importante per me..luogo di studio, di confronto, di crescita..in cui perdermi e ritrovarmi. L'arrivo di Lorenzo ha completato questo "quadro"...la sua passione, studio e dedizione è di esempio per tutti noi e la continua ricerca che questi insegnanti condividono ogni giorno con noi, con umiltà e professionalità, rappresenta davvero quella crescita che dal tappetino entra nella nostra vita.
