Ti segue senza essere invadente..ti guida senza sostituirsi al tuo naturale apprendimento fisico e mentale. Ho imparato molto e continuo ad imparare molto da lei e con i suoi preziosi consigli che porto quotidianamente con me durante le mie pratiche solitarie e nella vita di ogni giorno. La scuola è centralissima ed è facile trovare parcheggio nelle traverse vicine (anche se io mi muovo in scooter ?), le sale belle e l'accoglienza straordinaria! Se volete un luogo dove a piccoli passetti riprendere in mano la vostra vita...avete trovato il posto giusto! Cristina is wonderful in every respect! As a person and as a teacher! It follows you without being intrusive .. it guides you without replacing your natural physical and mental learning. I have learned a lot and continue to learn a lot from her and from her precious advice that I carry with me daily during my solitary practices and in everyday life. Gli insegnanti sono un team fantastico. Con loro ho scoperto un nuovo modo di fare Ashtanga e praticare yoga, ma soprattutto mi sento seguita e guidata a 360 gradi nonostante la distanza. Ho trovato persone molto aperte e preparate. Non ho avuto modo di conoscerli fisicamente ma visti i risultati della shala virtuale posso immaginare quale bella energia impregni la loro shala fisica. Non riuscirei a trovare dei difetti neanche se volessi. L’unico, per me che vivo a 800 km, è la distanza che dovrò percorrere per poter praticare con loro in presenza quanto tutto questo sarà finito. Non posso che consigliarla, 5 stelle tutte meritate. As a practitioner I feel very lucky to have found them.
