★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Leider werde ich den Dienst des ASGB nicht mehr in Anspruch nehmen, da ich als langjähriger Kunde verärgert bin.
Bis ich telefonisch durchgekommen bin, vergingen fast zwei Tage, naja.
Einen Termin zu bekommen für die Steuererklärung wird schon schwieriger:
Heute am 06. April telefoniert und einen Termin bekomme ich im Juni? Echt jetzt?
Eine Onlinehilfe zum Ausdrucken des Cuds ( ich habe leider keinen Drucker ) wird beim ASGB Schlanders nicht gemacht.
Dafür bezahle ich Jahresgebühr und die Steuererklärung extra ?

Unfortunately, I will no longer use the service of the ASGB because I am annoyed as a long-standing customer.
Almost two days passed before I got through on the phone, well.
Getting an appointment for the tax return is getting more difficult:
Phoned today on April 6th and can I get an appointment in June? Really now?
Online help for printing out the Cud (unfortunately I don't have a printer) is not available at ASGB Schlanders.
Do I pay the annual fee and the tax return extra for this?
No thanks
However, the lady on the phone was friendly.
