Nonostante avessimo effettuato una prenotazione per il campo da beach volley il giorno prima e nonostante fossimo già in 10 presso la struttura, ci è stato detto che non avremmo più potuto giocare perché erroneamente era stata presa un'altra prenotazione un'ora prima. Dinnanzi all'obiezione che tutt’al più sarebbe dovuta essere quest'ultima prenotazione ad essere annullata la risposta è stata: "A loro non posso dire di no, capitemi".
The review refers to the ridiculous treatment received by the managers of the sports center. Although we had made a reservation for the beach volleyball court the day before and even though there were already 10 of us at the property, we were told that we would no longer be able to play because another reservation was mistakenly made an hour earlier. Faced with the objection that at most it should have been this last booking to be canceled, the answer was: "I can't say no to them, understand me".
